Once you have paid for your repair, The Remy team will email a pre-paid shipping label for service. PLEASE see the following instructions prior to shipment:

• Please send the laser with attached fiber, coil in the bottom then place into the carrying case and add packing material above the laser INSIDE the carrying case to prevent vertical movement
• Yes the carrying case needs a cardboard box (see details below)
  1. Adding packing material above the laser inside the carrying case prevents the laser from bouncing in the carrying case
  2. Packing a carrying case in a cardboard (cut to size to avoid voids) prevents theft and damage to the carrying case
• Shipping instructions:

  Before packing, please do NOT include the handpiece ends screws to the handpiece, Glasses, plastic covers  and power cord (all accessories) from the laser and keep them at your office in a safe location.

• PLEASE add packing material above the laser inside the black carrying case to prevent vertical movement.
• Never ship a carrying case without a cardboard box.
• Pack the carrying case in original packing material and box:
  • If you do not have original packing, pack in the appropriate size double wall (heavy duty)box and cut down the box & add any additional packing material (DO NOT USE packing peanuts) so that the laser does not move inside the box (very important).
  • Never ship a carrying case without a cardboard box.
• Please pack the laser very well.
• Send the laser and therapy hand piece(s) only.
• Please do not send any accessories! We have an interlock, power cord, for testing these units.
